By accessing and using Pottery Pass, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Pottery Pass provides studio management software, including piece tracking, customer notifications via SMS and email, and business analytics.

3. Subscription and Billing

Our service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for all new subscriptions.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pottery Pass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
